UK life insurer AIG Life has launched a range of customer-facing digital content to help intermediaries talk with clients at all stages of the protection advice process.
The toolkit matches the stage of the protection journey that the intermediary and client are in and also collates customer-facing leaflets, sales aids, stories, a playbook, calculators and tools that can be used with the customer at that point in time.
Vicky Churcher, intermediary director at AIG Life, (pictured) said the toolkit enabled intermediaries to have better quality client conversations, as well as build relationships and retain clients.
“We’ve designed the toolkit with protection intermediaries in mind because talking about protection isn’t easy but finding the right tools should be,” she said.
“It supports an adviser’s need to engage clients on all things protection and, whatever stage of the protection journey they’re at, find everything they need in just a couple of clicks.”
