Allianz Partners has extended the availability of its international private medical insurance (IPMI) and employee benefits into Kuwait.
The move is part of an agreement with Warba Insurance and Reinsurance Company based in Kuwait.
Allianz confirmed to Health & Protection that it has not taken an ownership stake in Warba.
It is offering captive, pooling and global underwriting options in the state.
“This expanded partnership will enable integrated solutions across international private medical insurance and employee benefits,” the insurer said.
“Allianz Partners is constantly expanding its network of partners in the MENA region, and globally, to offer the best coverage to global clients who are seeking a single provider to manage their employee health and benefits programs across multiple countries,” it added.
