Barnett Waddingham will complete its rebrand to Howden in early September.

In February last year following the Howden’s announcement it was acquiring Barnett Waddingham, Health & Protection revealed that the Barnett Waddingham brand would disappear within two years.

During its integration, Barnett Waddingham has been branded ‘part of Howden’, but Health & Protection understands Barnett Waddingham’s branding will now change to Howden, with this expected to happen in early September.

At the time of the acquisition announcement, Barnett Waddingham, which launched back in 1989, comprised more than 1,790 people, 99 of whom are partners.

Howden operates in 55 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, the USA, Australia and New Zealand, employing 20,000 people and handling $44.7bn of premium on behalf of clients.
