Benefitfocus has appointed Ana Perez as chief marketing officer (CMO).
Perez will be responsible for all of the US benefits technology platform’s aspects of marketing — with a focus on driving brand value, accelerating growth and advancing customer engagement.
She joins from health technology firm League where she was vice president of product marketing and sales enablement, haviong joined the firm in 2018.
Perez was a former vice president of marketing at Aon where she established a strategic marketing function in support of Aon’s health and benefits portfolio. She has also held marketing leadership positions at organisations such as GE Healthcare and AIM Specialty Health.
