BHSF re-joins AMII as corporate member

BHSF has re-joined the Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries (AMII) as a corporate member.

BHSF provides cash plans and health and wellbeing services across the UK. Health & Protection understands BHSF left AMII more than four years ago.

Stuart Hayhurst, CEO at BHSF, (pictured) said: “We are thrilled to re-join AMII. As we enter a new era in BHSF, we are focused on providing access to digital-first products that empower customers to think proactively about their health and wellbeing.

“We knew that a major step would be to show our commitment to the wider industry, which AMII is at the forefront of.

“With a proud history of over 150 years, BHSF has always been about putting the needs of customers first, and we share AMII’s ethos of encouraging the highest professional and ethical standards in the UK’s medical insurance industry.

“We look forward to collaborating with AMII and its wider network to further our commitment to building healthier, stronger futures for everyone.”

Dave Middleton, executive chairman of AMII, added: “I am delighted to welcome BHSF to our membership.

“Having an established provider like BHSF join us strengthens our collective voice in the industry and brings valuable expertise to our network. I’m excited about their focus on digital solutions, which reflects the direction our industry is heading.”
