Bupa appoints two executives

Bupa Global, India UK (BCIUK) has appointed two executives, Tom Hoosen-Webber as general manager of care services UK and Rebecca Pearson as chief sustainability and people officer at Bupa Global, India and UK. 

The appointments are effective 3 February. 

Pearson has worked at Bupa for more than 30 years, with her most recent positions including general manager of Bupa Care Services from 2021, resourcing director of Bupa Care Services from 2014 to 2021 and resourcing director of Bupa Care Services from 2013 to 2014. 

Hoosen-Webber has worked at BuGIUK for more than six years since 2018, most recently in the role of chief sustainability and people officer. Prior to that he was the chief people and procurement officer from 2021 to 2024, and people director from 2018 to 2021.
