Chubb appoints division president for workplace benefits

Chubb has appointed Alex Faynberg as division president of Chubb Workplace Benefits.

In his new role Faynberg (pictured) will be responsible for overall growth and profitability of the insurer and will report to Richard Williams, Jr., president of Combined Insurance, which is also part of the Chubb group.

Faynberg was most recently senior vice president and chief actuary for Chubb’s North America accident and health (A&H) business and Combined Insurance.

Commenting on Faynberg’s appointment, Williams said: “Alex is a trusted executive, and has an exceptional track record of success, and a resolute commitment to our clients and customers.
