Clare Dare has joined NeuroBridge as head of partnerships, having left PIB Employee Benefits earlier this year.
The firm is a workplace inclusion platform designed to support neurodivergent individuals.
Dare (pictured) had been with PIB Employee Benefits for more than a decade, first as head of healthcare risk and technology and then as head of specialist consulting.
She joined PIB from Broadstone in 2015 where she was group risk and flexible benefits director.
Announcing her move, Dare noted she wanted to find a place where she could support neurodivergent employees find and stay in employment in a more focussed way.
“Having met with the team at NeuroBridge, I saw clearly how their solution could benefit employers seeking to ensure their total workforce felt supported and enabled to do their role and to create an environment where all can thrive,” Dare continued.
