Mental health treatment provider Clinical Partners Limited has acquired Oxford ADHD and Autism Centre for an undisclosed sum.
Clinical Partners is an independent provider of neurodevelopmental and mental health services for the NHS and private sectors.
Founded in 2015 by Dr Polly Branney, Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre specialises in diagnosing and supporting children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders and related conditions. Its 40-strong workforce will now join Clinical Partners.
Dr Alice Parshall, chief medical officer at Clinical Partners, said: “We are delighted to welcome colleagues from the Oxford ADHD Centre to Clinical Partners.

Dr Branney added: “I set the clinic up eight years ago after experiencing a big care gap in local provision for an increased number of autism and ADHD referrals. Since then, we have treated over 3000 patients and partnered with a number of NHS services to help both adults and children access expert support.
“As a small independent clinic facing rising demand, it became clear that we could be more effective if we were part of a bigger group organisation that will invest in growth and training. Clinical Partners is the perfect fit for us, and I wish everyone well on the next chapter of Oxford ADHD’s mission.”
