Doctor Care Anywhere health services added to Rippl app

Doctor Care Anywhere is to make its GP, advanced clinical practitioner (ACP), physiotherapy and mental health services available through the Rippl app.

Rippl works with enterprise organisations like Betfred and Birmingham Airport to offer wellbeing benefits through a mobile app.

Supporting workforces across 39 countries, Rippl’s app centralises engagement, rewards, discounts and wellbeing tools for frontline employees across sectors including retail, aerospace, manufacturing and construction.

It provides wellbeing content and integrated contact channels for employees.

Doctor Care Anywhere’s range of support includes GP appointments and access to UK registered GPs via video and phone consultations which are open for 24/7 appointments.

Users will also benefit from direct access to physiotherapist appointments, alongside a digital musculoskeletal treatment programme to support pain management, mobility and recovery, managed within a treatment plan tool.

They can also access qualified mental health practitioner appointments for assessment and guidance, extending Rippl’s existing wellbeing and recognition tools with direct clinical support.

Appointments and services are offered for up to four dependents per household.

Will Roberts, CEO of Rippl, said: “We understand the traditional barriers to engagement and wellbeing faced by deskless and decentralised teams, where routes to support largely don’t reflect how or where teams work.

“It’s Rippl’s mission to change that, and this new partnership with Doctor Care Anywhere enables us to play an active role in reducing these barriers through digital-first, inclusive access that aligns with modern workforce set-ups and the real-life needs of employees today.”

Zoe Sullivan, chief customer officer at Doctor Care Anywhere, said: “This partnership makes it even easier for employees across Rippl’s client base to access timely care – from GP appointments to physiotherapy and mental health support.

“We’re committed to delivering fast, clinically led care that fits around people’s lives, and working with Rippl helps us extend that care to some of the hardest to reach workers across the UK.”
