DWF has hit the acquisition trail with the purchases of Zing365 and Canada’s Barnescraig & Associates.
The legal and business services provider revealed it has acquired Zing365, a compliance training and professional development business to the insurance and financial services sectors.
And it also purchased Barnescraig & Associates, an insurance claims management and adjusting business based in Vancouver, to further extend its connected services offering.
Barnescraig & Associates, launched almost 30 years ago, has a team of 25 that will join DWF immediately and complement DWF’s existing Toronto-based adjusting and claims business enabling it to serve the national Canadian market and London market clients.
Zing365 delivers training through in-person and virtual live training, as well as digital e-learning. Its services complement and enhance DWF’s existing Advantage offering and is suitable to scaling and delivery across the global business, the firm said.
A team of six people will join DWF, managing a network of specialist consultant trainers and Zing365’s e-learning platform.
