Join our next Workplace Health Insights virtual event on Thursday 20 April at 11:00am.

Poor mental health costs UK employers up to £56bn a year1.

Despite increased awareness of mental health in the workplace, in reality engagement continues to be low with nearly half (48%) of employees reporting they did not receive a wellbeing check-in from their employer within a year2.

During this session our experts will discuss how businesses can engage hard to reach employees, in particular men who are less likely to seek support, with mental health initiatives.

We’ll be asking the panel how businesses can work harder to dial up their engagement and how the power of prevention can reduce the impact and severity of mental health whilst boosting wellbeing, productivity and performance.

Meet the panel

Dr Robin Clark, Medical, Director, Bupa UK – Exploring the latest clinical insights shaping the workplace mental health landscape

Ruth Pott, Head of Workplace Wellbeing, BAM – Sharing examples of how organisations can address mental health in a male dominated industry, including tackling subjects such as suicide and addiction

Harriet Finlayson, Mental Health, Team Nurse, Bupa UK – Discussing insights from the Bupa family mental health line and how employers can better support working parents and guardians
