FJN Growth Solutions has announced the appointment of Amber Musson-Thorp and Duncan Campbell as members of their consultant panel.
Musson-Thorp has more than 23 years of international and leadership experience in launching, scaling and transforming healthcare and insurance businesses across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Based in Doha, Qatar, she is a board-level executive, and adviser with a background in building high-performance teams, strategy development, and delivering results.
She has worked with some of the world’s largest insurance companies through M&A and building high performance teams managing global client portfolios and advising on complex, cross-border solutions.
Her experience spans third party administrators, hospital groups, insurers, brokers, assistance, wellness and private sector organisations, giving her a wide view of the healthcare ecosystem.
Musson-Thorp will also continue to consult independently under the LifeCare International umbrella in their territories offering tailored insurance and consulting advisory services.
Campbell has more 30 years of experience in change management mainly across the insurance sector helping companies deliver their strategies.
He has worked with some of the UK’s largest insurance companies such as RSA, and Allianz, and specialises in small and medium growing organisations such as Ingenie and Ticker.
