Four in 10 American workers question the need to ever return to the workplace following the pandemic.
This is according to research from The Conference Board which reveals 43% of US workers felt this way, compared with 31% at the start of the year.
The research found that while just 18% of CEOs were questioning a return to the office, the vast majority (56%) of regular workers felt this way.
The research also found millennials were more likely to question the wisdom of a return when compared to Gen X and baby boomers.
