Gen Z are entering the workforce at a time of economic instability, political unrest and during a climate crisis.

The Bupa Wellbeing Index reports that mental health is a key issue for Gen Z with them saying their mental health is poor and that it is the health issue they’re most worried about.

As younger generations report higher than ever levels of stress and burnout there is an increased risk to productivity in the workplace.

During this session, a panel of experts will discuss why employers must re-think how they address productivity through wellbeing for Gen Z, including access to new digital tools to support mental health and financial wellbeing.

The discussion

Dr Arun Thiyagarajan will share the latest clinical insights from Bupa asking if Gen Z are really quietly quitting?

Erik Porter from Wagestream will discuss the impact of financial well-being on the younger workforce in light of the cost-of-living crisis.

We’re also delighted that Danny Gray from JAAQ will be joining to showcase Bupa’s new partnership and explore how new digital technologies can improve access to mental health support.
