Healix is renewing its partnership with Health Claims Bureau (HCB) Group after the firm returned 77% of the patients it saw in the last six months back to work.
The firms also noted that a further 9% of cases during the six-month period achieved a partial return to work or referrals to specialists.
The providers have been working together for three years after signing a deal in April 2019 which added HCB’s early intervention and occupational health services to Healix’s proposition.
Healix Health Services CEO Ian Talbot said HCB had provided valuable support during the last three years.
“We chose to partner with HCB for its expertise in early intervention and supporting employees, while also having a clear understanding of the benefit of managing employee health for the profitability of a business,” he said.
“We look forward to the continuing our partnership and the expertise and value they bring to our clients and their employees.”
Health Claims Bureau Group managing director Jim Harris (pictured) added: “Healix’s expertise has enabled us to fulfil our aspiration of revamping the traditional occupational health model, and this valuable partnership continues to drive our growth in this arena.”
