Healix International is making a series of senior level appointments across operations, risk management and sales delivery ahead of opening an office in Australia ahead of gloabl expansion.
The firm said the new office in Melbourne would be the first stage in an expansion of its global footprint.
Co-founder and chairman Paul Beven will help guide the new phase of growth the firm said.
Key senior appointments include Enrique Gomez, who joins as customer operations director from Charles Taylor where he was director of operations for UK and Europe.
He brings 24 years in global insurance to the business and specialist expertise in claims operations, strategy and customer engagement.
James Clancey, has been appointed as chief risk officer having been hired from Aspire where he was chief risk officer and head of compliance. Clancey has expertise in operations, risk and financial crime, having worked at organisations such as Ebury, Commerzbank and the City of London Police.
Emily Gregory, joined in February and has taken the lead regionally as director of sales – Americas. She has extensive experience in education services and specialist expertise in growth strategy, team leadership and client development.
Kent J Mason Hendricks, joins as director of sales for the EMEA region, having previously held senior roles in insurance and financial services for Fortune 500 firms. He brings expertise in commercial planning and experience in driving business growth across global markets.
And finally, Rhiannon Roberts has been appointed head of customer success. With a background in global mobility, she has experience in leading client teams and transforming customer experience.
The firm said the appointments came following a strong year of growth for the company marked by a 50% increase in operating profit, a 17% uplift in year-on-year sales growth and a headcount expansion of around 20%.
As part of its international growth strategy, the company also plans to open a new office in Melbourne, Australia, later this summer.
