Health Shield Wellbeing has agreed a partnership with My Menopause Centre which means its Health Check customers can now access enhanced menopause support.
The additional menopause support is designed to help employers proactively prepare for upcoming legislation and action plan requirements, while also supporting workforce wellbeing, retention, and productivity.
It includes access to My Menopause Centre’s online menopause clinic, providing personalised care through a 45-minute fast-track consultation with a specialist nurse or doctor.
Each consultation is tailored to the individual, with symptoms, goals and needs carefully assessed.
Treatment plans are then created based on this personalised review, with ongoing support available for as long as required. Where appropriate, prescriptions may also be provided.
Health Shield added that by integrating optional menopause support into the Health Check, it is ensuring employers can meet the needs of their workforce while preparing for the Employment Rights Act 2025 requirements.
Eve Comiskey, business manager at Health Shield Wellbeing, said: “We know employers want to be proactive when it comes to menopause support and workplace wellbeing.
“This partnership with My Menopause Centre allows us to strengthen our Health Check proposition and provide meaningful support that is embedded into an existing wellbeing framework, rather than a standalone add-on. It’s an exciting enhancement to our offering and helps clients prepare for legislation and action plan requirements.”
Emma Lambourne, corporate partnerships manager at My Menopause Centre, added: “Menopause support works best when it’s integrated into existing workplace health programmes, and this partnership ensures employers can proactively prepare for new legislation while offering real, personalised support to employees.
“We’re proud to work with a forward-thinking provider that shares our commitment to improving women’s health in the workplace.”
