Christine Husbands is leaving her full time position at RedArc from 17 August after 15 years with the business.
She is setting-up her own consultancy business which will include some work with RedArc in an advisory capacity.
Husbands joined RedArc as managing director in 2010 running the business and was appointed commercial director in March 2023 to lead on client management.
However, following recent proposition announcements, developments of new partnerships, and winning new clients, Husbands (pictured) revealed she will step away from her day-to-day role but remain involved in the development of the business.
RedArc managing director Sam Hudson will lead on client management and will be supported by head of operations Aled Powel and head of nursing Sue Kinsella.
Husbands said: “I’m very passionate about RedArc and the valuable service we provide, making a difference to our clients every day.
“I’m excited about the next phase of development for RedArc and am very much looking forward to supporting the company on a consultancy basis.”
Hudson added: “I’ve really enjoyed my role as managing director of RedArc, and I’m looking forward to getting more involved with the clients, and continuing to work closely with Christine as we develop the company.”
