Acutris Group-owned insurance technology provider firms ICE InsureTech (ICE) and Nordic Insurance Software (NIS) are unifying under the single global brand of ICE-Tech.
ICE-Tech is an AI-native SaaS platform spanning policy, claims, assistance, analytics and digital services.
The firm said it allows insurers to integrate with it’s Alice AI solutions, their own AI or partner solutions within a governed framework.
ICE-Tech aims to bring its expertise across personal and speciality lines, including international private medical insurance (IPMI), motor, home, travel and pet.
It has live clients operating in more than 30 countries and has worked with specialist insurers, managing general agents (MGAs) and third-party administrators (TPAs).
