Maxis Global Benefits Network has appointed Alexandre Rizk and Nannecy Dulin to director positions within its global business development team.
Dulin (pictured left) has been appointed regional director – APAC (Asia-Pacific), effective from 1 September, joining from Mercer Marsh Benefits where she held the role of account director, global benefits management.
She will lead the APAC business development team with responsibility for outbound and inbound business development strategies in the region.
Rizk (pictured right) has been promoted to director – global relationship management, moving on from his role as account executive in the Western Europe, Middle East and Africa (WEMEA) inbound business development team.
In his new role, Rizk will oversee inbound business development strategy in EMEA and the Americas, helping network members win and retain business with multinationals that have a Maxis global programme.
He will also work closely with chief business development officer Paul Lewis to manage relationships with key global and regional brokers and consultants.
Dulin said: “I’m looking forward to using my experience in APAC to bring strategic insights and a client-focused mindset to support our regional ambitions.
“I’m excited to start working with the talented team at Maxis and to contribute to expanding our presence and delivering exceptional value to our clients across the region.”

The pair will report to Lewis, who said: “Alexandre has been instrumental to the success of our inbound business development team over the years and I’m delighted to see him stepping up into this role.

“I’m also pleased to welcome Nannecy to the team. Her vast expertise across APAC – as both an insurer and an intermediary – will be a huge asset to our business development team and I’m excited to see the impact she can make in the region.”
