Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 business toolkit – Bupa

Mental Health Awareness Week is being held between 9 and 15 May. Here’s why opening up the conversation around mental health should be a priority for your clients.

Sometimes your mental health can feel good, and other times, not so good.

That’s okay, but it’s important you’re able to recognise when things feel a little too tough to handle and get the right support when you need it.

How does this affect your clients?

According to the Mental Health Foundation, every year 70 million work days are lost due to poor mental health, costing employers £2.4bn each year.

When employees are going through hard times, it can have a knock-on effect towards your client’s business. So, let employees know their employer is there to support them with their mental health.

Bupa has put together some expert-approved tools and resources for your clients to share that help bring awareness to the importance of looking after your mental health.

Download the Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 client email (OFT, 0.6MB) to share the mental health toolkit with your clients.

The toolkit includes:

Guidance and support for line-managers

Resources that your clients can share with their team

Resources for your client’s employees dependent on their policy or health trust
