MetLife offers HealthHero digital health service to group life and GIP schemes

MetLife UK has partnered with HealthHero to provide group life and group income protection clients with under 1,000 employees access to a round-the-clock digital health service.

The additional support comes at no extra cost to eligible policyholders.

It ensures employees, and their families, can access a GP service 24 hours a day 365 days a year and provides families with access to unlimited consultations, open referrals, flexible prescription collection or local prescription delivery and second medical opinions.

HealthHero CEO UK and Ireland Aseem Sadana said: “The partnership helps bring to life our company values of simplifying healthcare and improving lives by providing MetLife policyholders and their families 24/7 remote access to experienced, practising GPs.

“By providing digital symptom assessment and, where appropriate, prescriptions or onward referral, we will help to provide policyholders peace of mind with a flexible service suited to their needs.”
