Aon has appointed Carl Nordling as commercial director for the UK and Nordics, global benefits.
The consultancy told Health & Protection that this is a new commercial role with a remit that includes health and protection benefits.
Based in the UK, Nordling (pictured) will report to chief commercial officer for global benefits, Matt Duffy.
He joins from WTW where he was a director of health and benefits for GB.
Earlier in his career, he was a private client sales manager at Bupa.
