Nuffield Health appoints non-executive directors

Nuffield Health has appointed Tracey Killen and Lee Rochford as non-executive directors to its board.

Killen currently combines her role as non-executive director with construction firm Morgan Sindall Group with acting as trustee of the Dorset and Somerset air ambulance service. She is also a former executive director of people for retailer the John Lewis Partnership.

Rochford takes the role of chairman of Nuffield Health’s finance and investment committee. A former CEO of asset manager Arrow Global, he was also previously chief financial officer at Virgin Money earlier in his career.

Dr Natalie-Jane Macdonald, chairwoman of Nuffield Health, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Tracey Killen and Lee Rochford to our board.

“They bring a wealth of experience from prominent consumer-facing organisations particularly in the people experience and financial management space and complement the existing board members skillset and experience.
