Marcia Reid (pictured) has joined Nuffield Health as strategic client director.
Reid, whose most recent role was non-executive director at Sherwood Healthcare, brings more than 20 years’ experience across healthcare, health insurance, business transformation and strategic client relationships.
Her previous roles have included managing partner at Partners&, MD for health and protection at Gallagher, and national account manager at Bupa.
In this new role, Reid will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key corporate clients and supporting growth across Nuffield’s corporate health and wellbeing proposition.
She said: “I am excited to be joining Nuffield Health at a time when employers are increasingly looking for a more integrated approach to the health and wellbeing of their people.
“This role brings together so much of what I enjoy, applying my background and experience – healthcare, strategic client relationships, commercial thinking, and corporate health and wellbeing.
“I am very pleased to be joining Chris Bailey and his team, working in close collaboration with my clients and colleagues.”
Reid reports into Bailey, director, corporate and primary care, who added: “I’m delighted that Marcia has joined the team at Nuffield Health, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge from senior roles across the health and wellbeing industry that will prove invaluable for our clients.”
