OneAmerica appoints CMO

US life insurance and financial services firm OneAmerica has promoted Kelley Gay (pictured) to chief marketing officer (CMO).

Gay, who has worked in various leadership capacities for more than a decade at OneAmerica across the firm’s enterprise, individual life, financial services and retirement services business lines, has led the firm’s enterprise marketing and communications strategy since 2019.

Prior to joining OneAmerica, she held several marketing leadership roles at MassMutual Financial Group, focusing on building customer relationships with emerging consumer segments, career agency and independent brokerage marketing and product and services marketing.

Early in her career, she worked with Phoenix Home Life and was a licensed financial adviser with Smith Barney.
