PAM Group and the brands within its portfolio will transition to the Optima Health name, marking the next phase in bringing the two organisations together under one brand name.

The move marks the next step following the acquisition of PAM Group by Optima Health, which completed in February 2026.

The combined organisation supports more than 3,500 clients across the public and private sectors, holds a combined UK market share of 15%, and operate one of the largest clinic networks across the UK and Ireland, and employs more than 1,500 occupational health clinicians and delivers over one million health interventions annually.

In addition to occupational health services, it provides specialist musculoskeletal, mental health, neurodiversity and wellbeing services.

The firms confirmed the transition to the Optima Health brand will happen gradually throughout the remainder of 2026 and into 2027. Over time, the Optima Health brand will increasingly replace PAM Group and associated brands across communications, websites and customer touchpoints.

Jonathan Thomas, chief executive officer of Optima Health, said: “Demand for scalable, personalised, outcome-driven occupational health and wellbeing solutions continues to grow as organisations increasingly recognise the connection between workforce health, productivity and long-term business performance.

“The Keep Britain Working report has highlighted the growing challenges of workplace absence, economic inactivity and work-related health risks, underlining the vital role employers play in proactively supporting the health and wellbeing of their people.

“We believe we’re well placed to help. The combination of Optima Health and PAM Group has created significant scale, expertise and capability across the UK and Ireland, and bringing our brands together under one recognised identity is the next step in that journey.

“Operating under one brand brings greater clarity for clients, colleagues and stakeholders, strengthens how we present ourselves to the market, and allows us to focus investment behind a single brand.

“It’s important to note that while the PAM Group name and associated brand names are changing, the people, expertise, relationships and commitment to great service our customers value remain at the heart of what we do.

“Customers will continue to receive the same high-quality service, expertise and support they rely on today. As our brands come together under Optima Health, we will continue to keep customers, colleagues and stakeholders informed throughout the transition. Future developments will focus on enhancing the experience we provide and the value we deliver.”
