Andrew Parker (pictured) has launched consultancy Culture Breakfast following his departure from LifeSearch.
Parker will focus on supporting businesses to develop brilliant workplace cultures.
He had been head of people and culture at LifeSearch since August 2018, having joined the firm seven years previously as people and culture leader.
LifeSearch told Health & Protection that Parker had left the business earlier this year following some changes to the structure and responsibilities within the firm’s people and culture department.
LifeSearch said: “Andrew leaves with our sincere thanks and best wishes after many years, during which he was a passionate advocate for LifeSearch, our people, our values and our culture. Since leaving, Andrew has launched his own consultancy and we’re delighted that LifeSearch is one of his first clients.
“Responsibility for our people, learning and culture agenda now sits with Mandy Kendrick, senior people and culture leader.”
