Clive Cowdery, founder, chairman and CEO of life insurance group Resolution Life, is expected to step down from the CEO role in 2026, as the company appoints Moses Ojeisekhoba as president with effect from 1 October 2024.
Ojeisekhoba (pictured) is expected to succeed Cowdery as CEO in 2026 though he will remain executive chairman of Resolution Life.
Ojeisekhoba has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance sector.
He will be responsible for the leadership of the commercial, market-facing division of Resolution Life and will drive the strategy, growth, profitability, and value creation of the business.
Ojeisekhoba joins from Swiss Re where he spent more than 12 years in multiple senior executive positions.
Most recently he was CEO global clients and solutions where among other things, he was responsible for managing relationships with some of Swiss Re’s key clients.
Before that, he served as CEO reinsurance and prior to that, he was CEO reinsurance Asia and regional president Asia.
Before joining Swiss Re, Ojeisekhoba held a number of senior leadership positions at Chubb Group and Unico American Corporation.
