Robyn Allen is ending her time as a protection adviser and joining the Openwork Partnership as a partnership development manager.
Allen (pictured), who is known for her lively presence online, announced the move through her social media channels.
“As of today I’m no longer going to be an adviser, I’m going to be supporting them instead,” she said.
“I’m now working for the Openwork Partnership as a partnership development manager.
“The role was too exciting for me to ignore, I would have happily stayed as an adviser but I wanted to help more people,” she added.
Allen noted that Siobhan Brookes and Thomas Folan, co-founders of Folan Brookes Financial Consultants, would be helping look after her clients from now.
And she sent messages to industry colleagues that she was not going anywhere but also teased that there maybe further announcements about her career.
“To my industry pals, I’m not going anywhere. To my business mates, you’re stuck with me too, but you’ll have to wait and see,” she continued.
“Thank you to everyone that’s been on this journey with me so far.”
And Allen sought to dispel any potential gossip about her move, saying that her business did not fail, she did not need to get a job, but instead had chosen her own path.
She also apologised for her reduced presence so far this year and for keeping the secret.
