Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG) has hired Araminta Hoare as growth consultant at the adviser network.
Hoare (pictured) joins from Primis after her second spell with the network.
She has more than 17 years of experience working for financial service companies across distribution, strategic planning, and performance management.
Having been product manager at Primis from 2018 to 2021, she then worked as a partnership development manager at St James’s Place, before returning to Primis in March 2023 as a regional sales director.
Hoare will work with firms to strengthen their businesses and support long-term success, the network said.
This will involve working with advisers to shape growth plans that are practical, achievable, and tailored to each firm’s goals, said SBG.
She will report to Sesame director, Toni Smith, who also joined SBG from Primis just over a year ago.
Smith said the firm want to help advisers to start, run, grow and exit their businesses successfully.
“Araminta’s appointment is a big step in that direction. She brings the experience and insight advisers need to turn growth plans into real progress, and that’s good news for every firm in our network,” she said.
Hoare added: “Every firm has its own definition of growth. My role is to listen, understand what success looks like for them, and help build plans that work in the real world. I’m looking forward to working closely with advisers and the rest of the Sesame team to make that happen”.
