SunLife, and health support service has partnered with RedArc to allow customers access to free support for anyone who purchases a guaranteed over-50 plan from 27 December 2024.
The service also covers policy holders’ partners and children living at the same address.
RedArc provides people with regular support from a registered nurse, to discuss health concerns, treatment and recovery.
The partnership will see a nurse assigned to each individual, who will provide one-to-one support until the service user decides they no longer need the service.
RedArc nurses provide research and resources regarding a diagnosis, supply books and medical equipment, offer practical advice, arrange counselling, therapies or second opinion, as well as provide a supportive listening ear.

“Support is available for any significant physical or mental illness, even if it hasn’t been diagnosed. You have contact with the same personal nurse throughout, and they will tailor their support to your needs.”

RedArc’s services are available for free to SunLife customers who buy a guaranteed over 50 plan from 27 December 2024.
