Healthcare technology company Syrona Health has announced the launch of Predict, a profiling tool designed to analyse the impact of specific conditions at different life stages on companies, focusing on women’s health, men’s health, fertility, menopause, and chronic conditions.
Predict allows businesses to support their workforce’s health needs while measuring the return of investment (ROI) of life-stage benefits.
The tool aims to transform the way businesses approach employee wellbeing, and places a particular emphasis on women’s health, men’s health, fertility, menopause, and chronic conditions such as heart health, diabetes, and cancer.
By leveraging data analytics, Predict creates detailed profiles of a company’s workforce, identifying areas of opportunities for improvement providing a personalised report.
The tool emphasises women’s health, examining factors such as reproductive health services, maternity leave policies, and menopause support.
Syrona Health said: “With one in 10 women affected by endometriosis and 60to 80% of menopausal women experiencing symptoms that impact their work, addressing these issues is crucial.”
Predict also addresses men’s health challenges, including mental health and cardiovascular health, as men are three times more likely to die by suicide and 24% more likely to die from heart disease compared to women.
Predict enables measurement of ROI for targeted interventions and supports programmes that address the specific needs of their workforce.
By providing actionable insights and demonstrating the financial benefits of investing in life-stage benefits, Predict aims to transform how businesses approach employee wellbeing.
Anya Roy, co-founder of Syrona Health, said: “The launch of Predict comes at a time when employers are increasingly recognising the importance of supporting their workforce’s health and well-being across various life stages.”
