Tendr integrates with The PMI Handbook

Tendr has agreed an integration with The PMI Handbook which will see the handbook’s information on group and individual schemes made available to users of the employee benefits platform.

The platform will receive the raw data from Craigdallie Publishing’s handbook and hold an exclusive license to use the content.

The content will also be available to third parties through Tendr’s API, which has also been integrated into Santé Group’s Sante Pro consumer pricing engine.

Moy Hoque, director at Tendr, (pictured) told Health & Protection: “Traditional benefits platforms require you to manually input policy information and add PDFs. With our integration, a client’s policy can be created by just selecting the plan from the handbook and adding the relevant coverage limits.

“As this cuts down a lot of the administration of setting up a plan, brokers can onboard clients for less, resulting in lower implementation fees and making it more accessible for SMEs, which are typically priced out of platforms as the focus is more on large corporates.”

Andrew Green, compiler of The PMI Handbook, said: “We are delighted to be working with Tendr to bring this employee benefits platform to intermediaries and their clients. The technology is very innovative and should prove effective in retaining and attracting customers in this digital age.”

Paul Nugent, chief executive of the Santé Group, added: “Tendr, with its modern employee benefits platform and app, provides the customisation we need to tailor the technology to our unique business requirements.

“A modern benefits platform is essential for our SME clients in today’s market, and we’re using our platform and app to differentiate ourselves. Tendr offers a truly white-label solution, so it’s great to have a full-scale benefits platform in our own brand; it really resonates with clients of all sizes.

“Our initial rollout will be through our own employee benefits consultancy – Nugent Santé, followed by a broader implementation across the Santé Group broker networks.

“We are also in the process of integrating with our proprietary CRM software, ArchAngel, to further streamline operations, benefiting not only ourselves but also our intermediary members who utilise ArchAngel.”
