Towergate appoints employee benefits head of marketing from WTW

Towergate Health & Protection has appointed Kate Kilpatrick as head of marketing – employee benefits.

Following the creation of its centralised advisory marketing team last year, Kilpatrick (pictured) will work in partnership with the firm’s health and protection business.

As the newest member of the executive leadership team, Kilpatrick brings more than 25 years’ experience in employee benefits, brand evolution, proposition development and marketing campaign execution.

She joins from Willis Towers Watson where she was marketing director, health and benefits GB.

Kilpatrick said: “I am excited to be starting a new role with Towergate Health & Protection. I am looking forward to leading the development of Towergate’s propositions and supporting marketing campaigns that will create engagement with future and current clients to help power the company’s growth.”
