Towergate Health & Protection has appointed Beth Alahakoon as head of operational excellence.
Leading delivery of operational excellence across health and protection, Alahakoon (pictured) will aim to ensure colleague and client voices are listened to, and maintain a balance between efficiency, optimum business outcomes and regulatory standards.
Working closely with Manjula Gowda, head of change, and stakeholders across the business, she will drive, facilitate, integrate and embed business change.
Alahakoon joins from Mercer Marsh Benefits, where she was operations manager, responsible for leading the team to design processes to deliver on colleague and customer service.
