Practicing what we preach

Alicia Aldis, operations director at You at Work, (pictured) said: “It’s very important to us that we support our employees as much as possible to help beat inflationary pressure and to have a work/life balance, which in turn
supports their wellbeing. As a company who is doing well, and who specialises in reward and benefits, it’s vital that we ‘practice what we preach’. We continually review what’s on offer to staff and remind them of their core benefits and look to help them in whichever way we can.”

Wendy Phillips, customer service & software testing specialist at You at Work, added: “I’m really pleased that You at Work constantly review the benefits on offer to us and give us hints and tips on how to save money through our portal. I’m especially grateful this year for the bonus to help with the cost of living increases.”
