Eight in 10 organisations in India plan to offer on-site Covid vaccinations or other support to get employees vaccinated, according to research from global non-profit organisation WorldatWork.
The research showed 71% will offer an incentive to get the vaccine with most reporting they will sponsor or discount the cost.
Turning to return to work post pandemic, 82% of organisations in India said they would conduct a staff survey to asses how comfortable employees were about returning to work.
Almost four in ten (39%) expected a third of their workforce to continue to work remotely after the pandemic and 71% had made their remote work policy more flexible.
Two thirds revealed they will reimburse employees for remote work expenses.
