Healthcare trust provider Healix has announced a series of senior level promotions.
Daniel Poole has been promoted to implementation manager, having worked at Healix for more than 10 years across its sales, operations, and project team departments.
His new remit will see him take responsibility for the progress and development of the implementation process, as well as enhancing support for customers and their overall journey.
Alistair Gibson has been promoted to head of global medical arrangement, where he will focus on reviewing Healix’s delivery approach and suite of services as businesses return to travel post-Covid.
Charlotte Dyer has been promoted to head of client services and will continue to focus on project management of both new clients and renewals, while directly supervising the client services team. And Lucy Pinson has been appointed head of client relationships.
Dyer and Pinson will report to CEO of Healix Health Services, Ian Talbot.
Commenting on the appointments, Talbot (pictured) said: “The creation of these new roles in the business has been driven by our commitment to providing the best service to our increasing client portfolio.
“That means making sure every stage of their journey is aligned, from the first conversation with the client right through to their first claim.
“Charlotte and Lucy will both take on crucial roles on the client management side, allowing them to act as the keystone between clients and other teams within the business to ensure the efficient operation of all accounts.”
Healix International CEO Charlie Butcher added: “We’re delighted with the continued development and growth of Healix and look forward to building on this success over the course of the rest of the year.
“Today’s promotions are a key part of this as we look to provide the best possible service for clients in an increasingly challenging global landscape.
“Daniel and Alistair’s experience will be crucial in maintaining this quality of service, as well as enhancing and expanding on our offerings to meet the changing needs of our clients. I’m confident that with their experience and knowledge, they will continue to make a huge contribution to Healix’s success and growth.”
