As global practice head of employee benefits, Thomas will focus on the continued growth and development of Howden’s global employee benefits offering. He retains the role of executive chairman of Howden Employee Benefits UK.

Elsewhere, Matthew Gregson has been promoted to executive director for UK corporate and Mark Fosh has been promoted to director of SME.

Commenting on the appointments, Thomas said: “This marks an exciting chapter in the growth and development of Howden’s employee benefits capabilities.
