Janet Voûte is stepping down as non-executive director of Bupa at the end of the year.
Voûte (pictured) is set to retire upon completion of her second three-year term on the board.
She joined Bupa’s board in 2016 and is a member of the nomination and governance, sustainability and remuneration committees.
She is chairwoman of the creating shared value council at Nestle, a council member at SustainAbility, and serves as an ambassador of the International Integrated Reporting Initiative.
Voûte previously served as global head of public affairs at Nestle and was a member of the board of Bamboo Finance. She also served as partnership adviser at the World Health Organization in the area of non-communicable diseases and mental health and as CEO of the World Heart Federation and was previously vice president and managing partner at Bain & Company Switzerland.
