Royal London has enhanced its Helping Hand service to include health and wellbeing support for new customers with the add-ons going live for existing customers soon.
The enhancements mean customers who purchase a Royal London menu plan will be invited to complete an online health assessment, providing them with a personalised health report, including tips and recommendations.
They will also have full access to wellbeing services including:
- HealthHero virtual GP consultations.
- Thrive mental wellbeing app which provides personalised recommendations to help prevent, detect and self-manage mental health conditions, such as stress and anxiety.
- Personal Activity Intelligence online tool which works with a wearable device to measure the heart health impact of all activity.
- TrackActiveMe app which can help diagnose a musculoskeletal problem and gives access to physiotherapy advice and personalised exercises.
Christina Rigby, product owner at Royal London, said: “It’s been a difficult couple of years and there’s no doubt most of us have seen some impact on our mental and physical wellbeing. That’s why we’re lending a helping hand to our customers’ health and wellbeing with our new support services.
“Our range of hand-picked early care medical services can offer the help and advice needed to stay fit and healthy and help stop small health issues becoming a big problem.”
Helping Hand is available to all Royal London customers with a menu plan bought through an adviser, and can be used to support customers day-to-day and not just at claim.
