The Openwork Partnership has appointed Rob Askham as propositions director.
Previously commercial director at Santander Asset Management UK, Askham spent 21 years with Santander holding senior roles across asset management, mortgages and marketing.
In his new role Askham will concentrate on the development and delivery of products and services, marketing and the advice and sales process.
He takes up his position today along with managing director, Stuart Dodson.
Dodson was previously managing director of network member Newcastle Financial Advisers and chairman of the Openwork Partnership Shareholder Council. He is supported by network director Claire Limon, strategic partner director Liam Richards, and Askham.
