Mercer has expanded its executive reward team with the appointments of Andrew Marshall and Nicolas Stratford to lead engagements with remuneration committee and HR clients.

The pair will report to Peter Boreham, UK & European practice leader at Mercer and will be based in London.

Stratford (pictured right) joins as a partner from Alvarez & Marsal where he was the co-leader of their UK executive compensation services team while Marshall (pictured left) joins as a senior principal from Aon where he was a lead adviser in executive compensation.

Commenting on the appointments, Peter Boreham, UK & European practice leader at Mercer, said: “I’m pleased to welcome Andrew and Nic who further strengthen our capability in executive reward.

“Their experience advising a wide variety of companies from across many different industries will bring value to our clients and help us deliver the right solutions,” Boreham added.

“I am confident their contribution will further develop our team to support our growing list of clients across the UK and Europe.

“We look forward to working them this year and delivering strong outcomes.”
