The Group for Autism, Insurance, Investment and Neurodiversity (GAIN) has added Aviva as an industry transformer member.
By joining Gain, Aviva has pledged to engage, educate, and enable neurodivergent individuals to thrive in the workplace.
The insurer will also play a leading role, alongside other industry leaders, championing neuro-inclusion across insurance, investment, and financial services, the organisation said.
It added that as part of this transformation, Aviva will seek to bring neurodiversity into the same focus as other, equally important but currently more recognised forms of diversity and inclusion, by recognising it as an important element in achieving environmental, social and governance (ESG), corporate social responsibility (CSR) and broader diversity objectives.
