HSBC has added Legal & General’s protection proposition to its wealth panel making the insurer’s products available to the bank’s customers.
The move was effective from 26 April and gives HSBC UK Wealth clients access to L&G’s intermediary product suite consisting of life insurance, critical illness, family and mortgage protection.
Health & Protection contacted HSBC asking several questions about the move, including how it would affect availability of it’s own HSBC Life protection offering, and any other other changes to its panel of providers.
HSBC had not replied at time of publishing.
