LivWell Asia has launched its One Health employee health benefits product for SMEs and startups.

The insurer based in Vietnam said more than 200 employees had joined One Health since the launch last month.

It expects to have more than 1,000 organisations sign up by the end of 2024.

LivWell Asia is creating health and protection solutions for individuals and businesses in Vietnam, adding it has eyes on expanding into India for the future.

Since its inception in 2020, LivWell has attracted more than 160,000 active users and issued more than 51,000 policies.

Pedro Baliza, CEO of LivWell Vietnam, (pictured) said: “LivWell is creating a wellness ecosystem that keeps people engaged with their health.

”The price structure is clear and transparent by using health data over time to provide a customised quote based on the individual’s health behaviours.”

One Health offers corporate health insurance bundled with benefits such as gym memberships, telemedicine, and nutrition services.

One Health also allows point redemption earned by tracking employee steps.

The points can be exchanged for rewards, bid on unique items, or donated or exchanged for cash value.

LivWell said it is looking to expand into the Indian market, by applying for a full-stack insurance license there, which would allow it to offer comprehensive protection and wellness solutions.

The company has also formed strategic partnerships with Allianz Partners, California Fitness and Yoga Centres, and Pebble in India.
