Verve Healthcare appoints Steve Desborough to interim sales role

Verve Healthcare has appointed Steve Desborough as interim sales director. 

London-based Verve Healthcare is a corporate health and wellbeing provider with more than 25 years of clinical experience that provides a platform that predicts early signs of ill health before they escalate.  

Desborough is an experienced UK and international healthcare and wellbeing director. He is also a director of Essdee Healthcare Consulting and Risk Solutions.

Prior to that he was a director at Fidelis Health UK for a year and a half.

Before that he was the head of health care strategy at Buck, an integrated HR, pensions, and employee benefits consulting, technology, and administration services firm based in New York, for more than four years.

He also worked as vice president and senior international business consultant at Lockton for almost two years.

For more than seven years he worked as senior consultant for Towers Watson.

In a career that has spanned more than three decades, his other positions included new business director at Jelf Wellbeing, which later became a part of Marsh McLennan . And he was earlier a consultant at Cigna Healthcare and sales and marketing manager at Aon Consulting.
