Aon has appointed Mike Pedel as head of global benefits.
Effective immediately, Pedel (pictured) will be based out of London, reporting to Aon’s Human Capital CEO Lambros Lambrou, and will join its human capital executive committee.
In his new role he will lead Aon’s health solutions for multinationals and international wealth teams as one broader global benefits team in a bid to solve Aon’s multinational clients’ human capital challenges.
Pedel has been with Aon for the last 14 years in various leadership roles, across three solution lines.
Lambrou said: “Mike is well positioned to further advance collaboration and innovation across our global benefits team and to better respond to our clients’ integrated workforce needs and desires for a partner that can drive a more holistic approach to the employee value proposition.”
